Mojang is breaking several European laws by not disclosing terms publicly in the terms of service, not notifying consumers when terms are changed, being too vague about terms, containing illegal escape clauses in the EULA, and allowing gambling for children under the age of 13.
He has gone to every relevant branch of Swedish Law enforcement about this, but has been denied, so now he is fundraising for a lawsuit.
this guy has proof of mojang breaking the law, but he cant get any government entity to do anything about it, and he is to poor to fight them on his own, so he wants money to help him represent himself in court? or was he getting a lawyer? i forget, either way, its going to be a bitch to go up against microsoft money in court, and mojang knows this so they just dont care.
