I loved the original fable as I was a kid so I didn’t pay any attention to media as I had no means due to my internet access being limited.
So I experienced the game for what it was, not missing what it was promised as, which i think I’m really thankful as I’ll always think of that game fondly
Same with me and Black & White 1. I loved the hell out of that game and didn’t know about his reputation. There’s still a massive shortage of god games out there over 20 years later.
