How’s the saying go? “Aim for the Moon, even if you miss, you’ll end up among the stars.”
I’d like to assume it could be a wake up call for the industry, but sometimes the flop is on purpose.
Sadly i don’t think the general movie industry cares about video games and their audiences. Otherwise we’d have more consistently decent adaptations.
