It was obviously Beaver, Beaver is the one who started Mass-banning people for downvotes, also this account which made the post is likely an alt of Beaver as well.
Edit: Beaver deleted her account likely to try and cover up what she has done and the fact that she was removed, the modlogs still show the evidence of it, as well as TheTechnician’s statement on the situation.
