I vaguely remember either on PTIO or Privacy Guides that there were some recommendations on debloat tools. I’m wondering what people are using these days to achieve this?
I like O&O ShutUp10++
Bash Script https://privacy.sexy
For PowerShell with GUI irm https://christitus.com/win | iex
Remove generell Bloat with GUI https://github.com/builtbybel/BloatyNosy
For future installs, just get a copy of windows (10/11, depends on what you prefer) LTSC.
Comes with zero bloat preinstalled, it’s refreshing
LTSC by far the best way to use Windows, but W11 LTSC doesn’t exist yet, It’ll release next year source.
I’ll also suggest using a tool like Windows Privacy Dashboard to disable telemetry just in case.
Does windows privacy dashboard interfer with like game anti cheat software? And other gaming related shit?
AFAIK no, I have been playing a couple of games in Co-op with friends and have no problems related with Windows for now, my only mistake was not measure performance before enabling everything.
Brilliant. Thank you.
Windows Privacy Dashboard looks very interesting, I’m going to have to give it a go. Thank you!

This should do what you’re wanting.

You could just live boot a linux USB andmkfs.ext4 /dev/sda1
;) 😂Lol, I’ve already got a fedora server and desktop, a debian home theater PC, and some sort of Linux running on an old laptop (I think it’s Ubuntu right now - I use whatever the current project needs). No windows in my household!
Ghost Spectre windows 11 lite. Debloated, with all telemetry removed. 75% speedup. https://tech-latest.com/ghost-spectre-windows-11/
This one is the best https://github.com/builtbybel/BloatyNosy
And this one is a nice addition https://github.com/Sophia-Community/SophiApp
I used some config from the christitus winutil. The description and warnings are clear to understand.
