    • Meshuggah
    • vildhjarta
    • Xenobiotic
    • GOJIRA
    • Architects
    • Periphery
    • Daughters
    • Every Time I Die
    • Monuments
    • Feed Her to the Sharks
    • Oceans Ate Alaska
    • After the Burial
    • Veil of Maya
    • Chelsea Grin
    • Harms Way
    • Born of Osiris
    • Sylosis

Has always worked better than creatine or any pre-workout for me.

He also chopse the wrong version of “Mad World.” The original by Tears for Fears is far better. The album it is from is perfect, but probably not workout music material, except for possibly “Pale Shelter”

I didn’t “chopse” the “wrong version,” that’s the version I chose. Did I mistake it for the original? No. Am I saying it’s better? No.

Check out the “Leviathan” album by Mastodon. A good number of bangers on there, one after another

    Cher - Believe

Oh, and one that is great for feeling heroic while powering through a plank:

    Ennio Morricone - Un Momento

That really, really gets me pumped to hold on to dear life longer than I’d usually be able to

Depends on my mood that day. If I’m angry-running, it’s rock/metal. If I’m happy-running, it’s pop/hip-hop/R&B. On rare occasions, I run while contemplating a dilemma and may listen to LoFi/chill instrumental music.
