Not really. But culturally, it is very different. Robberies are basically unknown. If someone loses a wallet, people look to return it. People on the subway are quiet and respectful. Litter is uncommon. I have been there a couple of times and sometimes wish I could live there. It is not a perfect place by any means. Just like anywhere. But it is SO different than China, S.
