      Yeah, Country Garden, another major Chinese player in the the market, has failed to pay bond holders last week. China’s real estate market has been in trouble for many years, leaving many homeowners with unfinished development despite high downpayments.

    “The key to this issue is to complete unfinished projects because this will at least keep some of the financing flowing,” said Steven Cochrane of economics research firm Moody’s Analytics.
