It’s not going to stop.
It didn’t stop with a mass shooting a day.
It didn’t stop with children dying. Multiple times.
Maybe it would stop if the mass shooters shot up republicans, but that seems unlikely, and it probably wouldn’t stop then anyway.
I can see the headlines now. “27 dead at cpac shooting. Gop declares this changes nothing”
I don’t understand what banning minors from carrying firearms on public land without adult supervision has to do with any of those other things.

You want to get things like this passed, you get a big enough group to just walk around down town in the rich area open carrying and mean mugging everyone.
Make the upper class uncomfortable. You’ll get that passes in no time.
