Have you tried healthy alternatives tho? While i was never overweight, like most people i did enjoy unhealthy food way more than healthy food. But after a lot of trying, i get as excited for roasted Brussel sprouts and asparagus as i was for deep fried bullshit.
There is a lot of food that isn’t as boring as it seems and it’s also healthy.

I started counting calories. And it’s works pretty well. Maybe give it a try.
