You have a box composed of 8 slots surrounding you, 4 edges of different coolers, and 4 corners that combine 2 colors, you get to pick of 6 monsters to fill those 8 slots, each edge is a different style of move, red is attack, blue is defend, green is heal, yellow is cast, some monsters only have 1 color affiliated with them, some have 3, you select which side/color of box you want to attack your opponent with, if you don’t have a monster in the middle of that color they can attach your hit point pool directly.

I rarely see it mentioned, and I think that’s a shame, it was very creative for being in a very popular genre

Bwahaha, would love if that was the case. Maybe I was more aggressive as a teen? Maybe I pushed harder into areas where I was under leveled? Except I know that isn’t the case because I’m much more impatient as a gamer the days. I know that food and water were much more important to have on hand because of how frequently you’d need to rest between mobs I remember reaching the next tier of food and being relieved that I didn’t have to wait the entire 20 seconds, sometimes more if I needed 2 rounds of water to fill my mana bar, on the re-release there was barely any down time when grinding the lower levels.

I put 5 dollars into the clash of clans card game, realized they could very easily have had me for more, turned off the game, uninstalled, and never looked back (I don’t think I even used the currency I had purchased).

Even the different problems between the LCD and OLED models make me content for valve to take it slow.

Don’t diminish the support with multiple sku’s, work on fixing the small but persistent problems with the current operating system, let other companies keep the hardware manufacturers pushing forward, continue making sure the operating system works well on the more modern hardware, and release a single product when the time is right.

There should be no decimal after the deck 2, keep the product focused, don’t divide your labor and multiply your potential bugs.

Also please have your operating system developers try using the deck interface for things besides gaming, trading, forum posting and even browsing the store is hampered by easily replicable bugs.
