Sounds like they need to totally overhaul HR and give them real power to action to whatever complaints are coming in. A lot of management will have to go in order to change the culture. Unfortunately culture starts at the top and I’m not sure Linus himself can lead that change.
Iirc the special district still exists, Desantis tried to get rid of it initially but backed out of that plan because it would have shifted financial burden to the counties where it’s located. Instead Florida passed a law changing it so Desantis could appoint the board and renamed the district.
I read something about how the uncertainty in banning vague topics is actually more harmful than a list of banned material. It’s left up to the teachers discretion and they end up overly cautious because they want to keep their jobs.
