There’s an easy solution for that, you pay only fee of sum x for any surgery, the rest is paid by your insurance. They have the money, power and leverage to actually realise competition in the medical field

Sort of in the way that I frequently think I am too lazy to start. When you’re into the action, you don’t really question it anymore - or anything for that matter- but just go with the flow. When it’s done you don’t regret it either.
I know plenty of guys that regularly have Sex, but still own or tried fleshlights or other toys.
I get your argument, but I’d say it’s probably better suited for life-sized realistic Sex dolls
Thats were it gets tricky in reality. But not necessarily in an exam that prioritises theoretical criminal knowledge
Annoying some is thankfully not a criminal action.
Yes prove intent, but depending on the legal system that might not be enough. Say I believe that spraying someone with sparkling water on the beach would kill you, that does not necessarily mean you attempted to take someones life. Similarly hurting someone in sports does not mean you assaulted them in a criminal sense.
That honestly is a very interesting subject for a beginners exam to criminal law
In Germany teenagers between the age of 14 and 16 (which is the legal drinking age) may drink beer, wine and pearl wine in public places such as restaurants as long as they’re supervised by their legal guardians. Obviously in a “reasonable” manner
I think with Lauterbach as minister we have quite good chances. I was honestly kind of surprised to read that they are attempting to ban supervised drinking. Didn’t think the CSU of all parties would support that
In Germany and I bet in other Europe countries as well, there are official free legal advise dates in courts. You just go there and ask a lawyer for free legal advice. I think that is your best and easiest bet. If they tell you to sue then you might have a shot and can potentially get quite a bit of money back
