My go to salad:

cherry tomatoes

rocket / fresh spinach

sauteed mushrooms

boiled egg

feta

olives

dressing made from apple juice, mustard, olive oil, aceto balsamico

When I’m feeling lazy I leave out the mushrooms

You shouldn’t add it to anything. Every meal is better without lettuce. I will die on this hill.

PS: I like healthy food, I love me a good salad - I just hate lettuce
