I mean none of those other policies affected me. When APIs were removed there was much more bot spam but I muted thousands of subreddits and it was acceptable.

I had a post removed for simply criticizing Reddit’s moderation rules. It was cited under Reddit Moderation Rule 3. Amazing how dense they are about their userbase.

We were pissed then and we’re pissed now. The only difference is there’s a real alternative. Lemmy is a lot more polished these days.
