i don’t know what this site is about. i knew there was a court case against FDA on this topic which was won. So i searched online for an article about it. This one did contain the courts decision.

i didn’t find mainstream doing a proper article about it. If you can find one, i’m interested

i read that the court ruled that FDA overstepped itself last time.
