California used to have a great state-wide mental health system. Plenty of beds for people who needed help. Ronald Reagan came in and cut the program to save money. Suddenly the Golden State had a big homelessness problem. That meant that police and prison budgets could be increased.
It worked so well that Reagan did the exact same thing as soon as he was inaugurated.
Canada did the same thing as well around the same time period.
All the “undesirables” will simply no longer be subsidized. So if you or a loved one depend on any kind of governmental assistance… count on it going away 100%.
Forced work on farm and everywhere is mass expulsion created problem after all you can’t replace cheap labor with good job you have to think about the economy !

Well, at first my countrymen used to put them in special wards to „care“ for them and sterilised them. To keep them out of the public eye and genepool.
