Socks hold onto water, sand, and stickers like crazy. Imagine you need to walk across some grass in the morning, but there’s dew on it, so you have wet socks on all day. No thank you!
You know this I hope, but let me state it in case … you can change your socks. It’s perfectly legal. And you can dry them, too.
