I’m back on my bullshit.

I like af when added after an adjective to increase the magnitude. Something could be sus, which means something is suspicious. Or, it could be sus af, which means that thing is super suspicious and almost certainly has something going on. Why yes, I have been playing Among Us. Red sus af.
I often wonder this myself. Why do rich people, who have so much wealth that it is unimaginable to us, not want to pay any taxes? It hampers the economy, makes it less adaptable to contractions, and makes the lives of the vast majority of the population much more difficult. At a macro level, I really don’t see any benefits to it. So, here’s my best guess.
i gotchu, booboo 😘
make sure to look into how to season them and maintenance. look thru there for some scraping tools since they might come in handy with things that are caked on. you can also add salt to help scrape the pans. enjoy!
Oof, that’s going to take me a while to understand. Thank you tho!
Yep! The probability code is put within the quantum systems so that things are mostly predictable, but there’s still enough “randomness” to prevent a deterministic system. The cache is basically figuring out all these probabilities when interacted with plus processing the more deterministic calculations of the macro world.
This works out. I asked Ephen Stephen, and they gave me the 👍👍
This is it! Thank you 😉👍
Yep, you’re not alone! We’re connected rn 💞
yum!! 😮😋
I dont do weed 🚭 cause gives me panic for first 15 mins
I got this Lodge set plus an extra 10.25" skillet. I also got silicone handle covers because I don’t like burning my delicate fingers🤌💅
That should be enough and under $150. If anything, get an extra 10.25" dutch oven/pot.
The problem is both. Certain people will always try to exploit regardless of the intent of the system. The problem then isn’t that there are people that exploit. We need to accept that those people will always exist because it’s just a part of humanity. We evolved to have a spectrum of personalities in our groups. And, we can’t get rid of them because they have every right to exists like everyone else. I think the best solution is to create system accepting who we are as a species that prevents the ability for anyone to hoard massive amounts of wealth and power.
Democratize everything. Democratize the government, democratize the economy, democratize neighborhoods, democratize work places, democratize the world. Spread power equally amongst everyone. No one should be powerful enough to control the government. No one should be wealthy enough to control the economy. And, if we experience democracy in our local groups with which we have direct interactions on a regular basis, democracy becomes a universal expectation. We learn how it works through experiential lessons everyday. We learn what it feels like, we learn its strengths, and we learn its weaknesses. Universal democracy is the solution because it prevents the ability for anyone person to accumulate power and control over others.
The downside is that democracy is slow and disorganized. It cannot compete against a unified group with a strong leader because it’s not as quick and decisive. Thus, to have democracy that is universal across all system levels, it must be universal across all of humanity as well. One place cant be democratic while another is not. Democracy is all-or-none, baby 😘
I’m so embarrassed by this, but here it goes. One time, me and my gf-at-the-time got free tickets to Epcot to see LeVar Burton speak. My ex and I weren’t doing well at the time, so we were drinking a bit too much. We showed up to Epcot early and pre-gamed at the Mexican pyramid. By the time we showed up to the Burton speech, we were pretty buzzed. My ex had a habit of disrespecting people in a passive-aggressive manner that is hard to define and point out. But this time, she was too drunk to pull it off right. My stupid self would go along with everything she would do because I just assumed she was right about everything since I’m so socially dumb (turns out I’m autistic 🤷♂️).
While we’re there, she starts with her remarks complaining about everything: the weather, the audio, where we were sat (even tho we showed up drunk and late!), that we had to go to the talk (we didn’t have to), etc. Since I’m too buzzed to think right and I was submissive to her lead, I’m going along with it instead of helping her calm down like I would do most times. I’m pretty sure Burton could hear us in the quiet breaks between his words. People around us start complaining. I finally come to and realize that we need to go. I convince my ex that we should leave by pointing out how unhappy she was. She’s something like, “Yeah, let’s go. I don’t want to be at this stupid talk anyway.” When we get up to leave, people around us start cheering and clapping. While this is happening on the way out, I’m acting like I don’t exist while my ex is complaining back a la Karen. After that, I had to hear about how unhappy she was for like an hour. So embarrassing!
One day, Burton did an AMA on reddit, so I made a comment apologizing for that in case he remembered. He didn’t respond to my comment tho. If you’re reading this Mr. Burton, I’m really sorry for being so rude! 😞
Reminds me of compound words that are made by joining to independent words using a hyphen to make a unified compound-word.
Ooh, I think I’m getting it!
When salt dissolves in water, is it because the elements of the molecule split so that sodium and chlorine are freely flowing in water themselves? Or is it because salt molecules are more attracted to water molecules than other salt molecules? If it’s the former, would adding another ionic element to the water change the salt to something else? If it’s the latter, why are they more attracted to other water molecules?
So here’s the thing. Household bleach is sodium hypochlorite, which is technically a salt. They just sell it already dissolved in water at the right strength.
What‽ That just 🤯
Is household bleach a double ionic molecule because the oxygen and chlorine have an ionic bond, then that molecule has an ionic bond with sodium?
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thanks! Ok, so a bleach is a chemical that removes colors from materials, often making them white. A salt is any substance whose molecules are held by ionic bonds. Is that correct?
lol! But even if I did google it, my brain is not working at capacity, so I need some layman descriptions.
!autismplace@lemmy.autism.place is the main community of an instance for all individuals that have an interest in autism. It’s founded on the principle of neurodiversity using social perspective of disability. As such, it is designed to be a welcoming space for all and specifically accommodate the needs of autistic individuals so that they can contribute, socialize, and flourish. It’s still a relatively new instance that is aimed at a small portion of the population, so content is currently limited, but it continues to grow. I believe that once it hits a certain threshold, it will take off. The most popular community on the instance rn is !ausomememes@lemmy.autism.place. If autism is something you are interested in, I hope to see you there!
