You could just try searching for ROMs and going to their git page or website and get a guide on how to install specific ROM. I recommend Lineage OS since it’s the one I used for two~three years and because it doesn’t come with Google shenanigans

Bruh, fuck YouTube, and if you really have to use it use an alternative client. Grayjay has plugins for more apps but there are solely clients with YouTube no adds no shorts and newer with no games

While some apps like WhatsApp and Signal(although no teen is using it) do increase in person meetings they are not the apps that people refer to when they cause social media of causing depression, anxiety, etc. These apps are YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, tik tok redit. Can’t really speak for myself as I’m an introvert and never really used anything other than YouTube but I do regret getting a smartphone .
