Violence is often the solution, but it shouldn’t be the first solution we try.
It’s stupid to assert that law enforcement should be completely unarmed. There’s absolutely legitimate situations where it’s in the public’s best interest. Now, the situations that do require it aren’t super common, but they exist.

They’re still blobs, but now they have color!

The reason I liked e-ink is because the screen only refreshed on a page change, so unless you’re using the back light, the main power draw is turning the page.

Many recipes share things like ingredients and steps, so you can combine them into a mega recipe without a ton of effort.
The biggest time challenge is baking temps (especially for sheet pan meals), but if you fudge the cook times a bit you can usually cook everything at the same temperature.

Allergies are proof that intelligent design is bullshit.
Anyone who is savvy enough to install an OS won’t have any issues installing specific programs, especially since most products that people would be using have a direct download for the deb/rpm.
And if you’re not tech savvy enough to install an OS, you’re probably already getting someone who is savvy to do computer work for you.
But, this isn’t the 2000s. Everyone knows the concept of an app store, and most mainstream distros have one featured prominently.
