Wasting time on the Fediverse is so much nicer than the other socal (and beyond! Also social, too.) media I used to waste time on.
Good news! The fediverse isn’t limited to SoCal!
This morning coffee is so good. Lactose-intolerant partner is gone for a week so I bought real cream to go into it. I don’t mind the plant-based stuff at all, the occasional real cream is all the better.
I mean why not just use different creams?
My wife and I use this same setup. Honestly it’s easier to manage one, vs keeping track of two. Also I’m not sure we would get through separate ones before they went bad.
For me, I came to think of my dog. I have joint custody of him. Every time he is with me it makes me happy. He makes me happy. I may be ill and exhausted but he makes it worthwhile to keep going. His unfiltered joy brings me joy. I treasure our moments together. Good boy is good.

I’m sitting here all comfy/cozy. I’m warm, with a full fridge, and a house all to myself with today and tomorrow off work. The feral pack of kittens I feed is trusting me more and more.
