      Delaware, it goes to Delaware. It dwarfs most tax havens in the world. That shit makes Ireland look like amateur money lauderers keepers.

    No. The trade balance is specifically about trade.

    The name for the thing that includes every money exchange is the payments balance… But it’s always balanced anyway, so nobody talks about it.
