We want to hear it!
Took a day off from the gym yesterday, which was needed, and kind of a win in itself.
But the real win was noticing that I missed working out, and being excited to get down the gym today.
I’m so happy to have built this habit to a point that it’s something I genuinely miss if I don’t go.
Heck yeah, I feel that

I have been getting back into running and started eating healthy again at 1500kCal with watching macros and getting enough fiber. I have lost 5 kilos or in the last month. Easy peasy. I am also eating giant meals just from volume of vegetables and lentils and weighing the ingredients like I used to do when I worked out 2-3 hours a day in university. Feels good
Glad you’re focusing on fiber too. I think fiber can be under rated in fitness circles since it is great for long term health but doesn’t contribute as much to shorter term fitness goals directly.
As a vegetarian (environmental, so like 1 flex day per month), so getting fiber isn’t bad. I eat a lot of beans and lentils. A bit harder to go low calorie while getting enough protein.
Steady progression with push ups. Doing 100 for one day each week (along with other gym visits) and it keeps getting easier. I wish I could say the same for pull ups.

Nice. Have you considered moving onto a harder variation like weighted or incline push ups?
I just started going to the gym for the first time 2 weeks ago.
First day I said “I’ll do some dumbells. Where should I start? 50lbs?”
Mistake.
I kept sizing down on that first day until I could find something that I could lift on each arm for 20 reps. Then I take a 5 minute break. And do another 20.
I had to keep sizing down until I got to 10. By the middle of the week I got to 15.
And then this past week I got to 20.
I tried the 25, but tapped out around 13 reps. So not there yet. Maybe this week.
