The Grayzone has obtained a private letter authored by ADL director Jonathan Greenblatt threatening to weaponize the Nazi past of the BMG music company unless executives terminated a major deal with Roger Waters. BMG has publicly denied Israel lobby influence on its decision to nix Waters’ contract.
I don’t care about what the ADL says and I don’t care if BMG drops Roger Waters, but there is really no question that Roger Waters hates Jews. His own former bandmates have said as much.
Like I said, his label can keep him as far as I’m concerned. I’m sure BMG has all kinds of other horrible people signed to its label.
But I also think people should know who Roger Waters is.
It’s weird to me that so many people claiming to be liberal or progressive are falling for the propaganda that being anti-zionist is anti-semetic. Progressives used to be against genocide.
