Lasso implies a whimsical nature, this guy just choked a lady.
Right. A cowboy riding through New York City lassoing women and raping them in an alley. There’s nothing actually good about that, but the whole set up is hilarious.

The camera guy was using a cell phone to record security camera footage. He wasn’t sitting there watching it happen.
