Gonna have to disagree with you on Popeyes. They’re generally good for the first few months they’re open, the nosedive. The fries are good, the chicken is dry and extremely thin for what you pay.

A US news echo chamber at the whims of whatever they think will appease trump is going to be horrifying…
In a paycheck or two! Till then, S22u
A pixel to load grapheneOS on.
Other than that, I need to save as much of my money as humanly possible.
IT support everywhere sigh in satisfaction
Anywhere with snow and a window. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful, i can dress all comfy.
I would not be surprised if this was repealed (if only as an effort to further purge government employees):

Prior to this, my understanding is that back pay was given in good faith, not by actual requirements.
The first Trump presidency is known for the longest government shutdown in US history.
Job stability is not a given for federal employment anymore.
Other than that, I would say non-defense jobs are certainly worth maintaining institutional knowledge.
There was definitely more exploration but all the “dungeons” were just cookie cutter copy/paste sections from what I remember, Origins at least had some unique puzzles
I enjoyed Origins, Odyssey just felt so… empty. I couldn’t bring myself to do the post-game content I was so bored with it. I got to the Medusa and just… stopped. Have no desire to go back to it.
My estimate is that after WatchDogs 1 and Far Cry 4 is when everything ubisoft became empty slop. Far Cry 5 and AC Origins every enemy became damage sponges.
I greatly enjoy the first watchdogs game; it feels unusually alive compared to many other games set in cities. Great atmosphere, the ability to play music in-game and just walk around is a fantastic feature.
I have yet to play a game that has single-player PvE combat as good as Far Cry 2.
The term “vestigial bed” is the most accurate thing I’ve seen. Tf is the point of a 4 foot bed on a pickup?
Lack of trust in the USPS due to trump and dejoy. I do not trust that my ballot will not be tampered with in transit or lost.
Probably good enough for police to half ass their way into a warrant?
In warmer weather, mind the geese. They’re really fucking aggressive!
Regularly go through a car wash WITH UNDERCARRIAGE CLEANING or your car will be ruined by the road salt and rust.
Find a snow brush long enough to reach every part of your vehicle, buy two; keep one inside your home and one in the vehicle at all times until the weather is consistently above 50f.
You can be pulled over in places for not completely clearing snow off your vehicle; it will fly off in chunks that can smash windshields of others.
Dress warmly, but not so warm as to sweat. Sweat is moisture, moisture freezes, you’ll be colder than if you had dressed lighter. Multiple thinner layers, with a moisture wicking innermost layer to keep it off your skin.
Everywhere will absolutely blast the heater in every office and store, so if you’re going to be outside very little, probably best to leave the heavy coat in the car.
And Whatsapp. People seem dumbfounded whenever they find out Facebook owns it.
I just use an app on my phone. Being able to set a timer with multiple stages is important to me for baking (I can make a custom timer that pauses at each stage of rising).
If i just need a quick timer, the basic clock app works for me.
A nonsensical amount of filepaths absolutely fucking everywhere to check for things.
Having to verify something installed/uninstalled correctly.
Pushing the button that says it does a thing, and it not actually doing that thing.
Ooh, SSX, that’s a game I haven’t thought about in a while. I had a lot of fun playing SSX tricky and the reboot
Bethesda makes games still?
